Peggy Jolley


Regional Manager - Coastal Community & Economic Development : Georgia Power Company
 

Peggy Jolley's twenty-four years of professional economic development experience offers insight into a variety of community settings. Her current position as Coastal Regional Manager, Community and Economic Development for Georgia Power Company, utilizes skills obtained in previous jobs that include Senior Vice President of the Savannah Economic Development Authority, Statewide Project Manager for the Georgia Department of Economic Development, and Executive Director of the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce.

Peggy obtained both the Certified Economic Developer and Economic Development Financial Professional designations and is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management. She is a Past President of the Georgia Economic Developers Association and recently received the GEDA lifetime achievement Rip Wiley Award. Peggy serves as Committee Chair of the Education Committee of Southeast Economic Development Council. She maintains membership in the International Economic Development Council as well as various regional and local organizations.

Currently residing in Savannah, Peggy grew up in Atlanta and is a University of Georgia Bulldog. Topping her personal interests are her family, especially her two granddaughters, gardening, traveling, and golf.
